Was talking to another new found long lost friend, and I have been thinking...... there was at one time I don't remember anything from my childhood days, and was probably just wanted to forget about it when after awhile I realised that i actually remembered a lot about it.
Catching up with friends from childhood days is really sweet. I didn't expect that I would somehow find them and I did. Either they found me or I found them. No matter, it is still a good thing.
Now I am wondering, should I mention the names of friends that I have met or contacted recently? Or should I just leave it as it is now without mentioning names? Just let you read and just know who you are...??? Well friends who read, what is your opinion in this? Should I mention names here or just keep it this way like what I am doing now?
Ok, when my cousin who was my classmate all the way since Standard One to Form Three suggested that we do a school reunion, I was thinking that it is close to impossible at this stage since I only have contacts of a handful of friends. I didn't expect that somehow slowly the numbers grow. Slowly but somehow it is adding...
I was in contact with one, on and off, the one that I went out for dinner with last week. Next week going to meet another classmate from primary school. Interesting how can things get. Hopefully I don't have anything sudden come up, so that I can go meet up my friend that I have not seen since the mid of 80s!!!
And the friend from last week will pass on some photos of those days. So I suppose I will get some of the old collections soon and post it here so whoever you are and know who you are, you'll get to see them and remember things of the past and start sending me your contacts so that we can get together and meet everyone again!! Isn't that nice???
Well....I'll just try..Don't know when this can be materialise..I wonder if it will ever happen also. haha...
Anyone of you, if you have the photos in the MGPS and the MGSS days, do send some copies to me so I can post it here. Meanwhile, I am still searching where is my photo album??? I know I have one specialy for school photos and now, I can't find where it is!!!!!

A dinner day out
It is amazing what communications can do. Unexpectedly, just after a Mother's day wish to friends who I know are already mothers, I received a reply from a good friend of mine that I have not been in contact for some time. She thought I was in KL for the day, not knowing that I am in KL for all the weekdays!
Anyway, since it was a Monday that I received her reply, and after messaging for awhile, somehow we got into a meet up for dinner that very same day. So met her, had dinner with her and to catch up with stories, definitely not enough for just that one night!!! We had soooo much to talk about. hahaha
It was a nice evening we had spent, and at least we know now that there will be more meet ups in future knowing the schedule of each other. Hmm..and another friend who came to know about it said...she is jealous for that opportunity that I had to spend time with a friend!
Yes, that is what friendship from schooldays is all about. We know we grew up together for a period of time, and after a gap of losing touch and catching up with time is rather a pleasant thing and interesting. That's really meanigful when we keep to have a good relation or friendship with every person we know. Friendship is just something that is very hard to maintain in the present day, but somehow we do have it that we can always try to keep.
We have our own lives, but there is nothing wrong in keeping something from the past to the present. It grows with time and it is still good.
Communication is all it takes for a good interaction between people and it will go a long way in life.... Nothing can be happier than be happy with your life....

Another new found ex-classmate
When thinking again....it is amazing to see what internet can do. Well, moreso when you have the emails, friendster and facebook around. You never know what you find from these...of course there is also the chances of another setback....the virus will say hello to you too!!
Anyway, thinking about schoolchildren these days, they have their own different ways of things as compared to us during our good ol' days. Time passed, and many things changed, people change. However, it will be a very nice thing when you get to know that how life has change and yet there are many pretty good things of the past remains... and having said that, it is also a very great thing when you get to know that the friends that you use to know are still your friend when you bumped into them after so many years!
Ok, what I can say today is that...I found another ex-classmate that has the similar name as mine that some people do get confused with at first encounter. Interesting to say that tomorrow is her birthday, when a month ago it was mine.
Hope to catch up more with her, and I hope the friends from the school from the good ol' days will somehow gets bigger everytime. It is nice to keep the friendship intact all these while and keep it that way till the end of time..
Anyone of you in MGPS (1) or MGSS Melaka, please do drop a line. I'm trying to get the list of all of you as some friends are really waiting to have a reunion in future! :)
